Star Gazer Lilies

Star Gazer lilies are so named because of the way the blooms face the sky. Before these lilies were bred, oriental lilies were known for their beautiful large blooms and amazing scent, but were difficult to incorporate in arrangements because their blossoms often faced downward. These star-shaped flowers are very fragrant and have 3 to 5 blooms per stem. If the pollen bearing anthers are removed as the blossoms open, the flower will last longer and you can avoid stains from the pollen.
